تألمنا كثير أحنة، وتعلمنا، تعلمنا، تعلمنا
وشفنا قسوة العالم، ولا حتى تكلمنا
لا عاد أحنة مثل أول، تعلمنا من الدنيا، وما فيها تغيرنا
قسينا، من قسى الأيام، وذبلت أجمل الأحلام
تألمنا وتعلمنا وصحونا من الأوهام

عطينا الحب للي يجهلون الحب، وطيب القلب، ضعنا بك، يا طيب القلب
نمد الورد للي نحب، من الطيبه وحسن الظن
ويرموا شوكهم في الدرب، ولا ندري نشاكي من
عرفنا أكبر خطا في الكون، نثق بللي الغدر طبعه
كثر ما توفي معاه يخون، ولا له خير في ربعه

تغيرنا وتغير كل ما فينا وثقنا في خطاوينا
وحاضرنا بلا ماضي، نسينا كل ماضينا
نشوف الدنيا في صوره، بها بحر، وبها مينا
نشوف الناس، كل الناس، حسب نياتهم فينا

We suffered a lot and, we learned the lesson from this life very well,
We saw the cruelty of the people, and did not even speak,
We even didn’t learn the lesson very well, from this life and what is in it, and change our self accordingly,
We were hardened our heart according to the toughness of days, and the most beautiful dreams withered.
We suffered, we learned the lesson, and it woke up us from delusions.

We gave our love to those who do not even know what’s the love, the kindness of the heart, O kindness of heart, we lost our path because of this kindness.
We offer roses to those we love, out of our kindness and good will,
They throw their thorns in our path, and we don’t know to whom we complain to.
We learned, that the biggest mistake in the universe is to trust someone whose nature is treachery,
When you were faithful with him, will not be faithful to you, and never had kindness to his friends.

We changed, everything in us changed, and we trusted in our steps.
And, our present without a past, we have forgotten all of our past
We see the world in a picture, with a sea and port.
We see the people, all people, according to their intentions towards us

A.I. Poetic

We suffered much, and learned life’s lessons deep,
Witnessed cruelty, held silence, did not weep.
We grasped not fully, life’s teachings plain,
To change ourselves, we strived in vain.
Hardened hearts by harsh days met,
Most beautiful dreams in sorrow set.
We suffered, we learned, awoke from dreams,
Delusions shattered by life’s harsh schemes.

Our love we gave to hearts unknowing,
Of love’s true kindness, ever flowing.
O kindness pure, led us astray,
We lost our path along the way.
Roses offered with goodwill bright,
Met with thorns in darkest night.
To whom shall we our sorrows tell,
When trust in treachery’s hands fell?

Changed are we, and trust our stride,
Past forgotten, cast aside.
In present days, no shadows past,
We see the world, in pictures vast.
A sea, a port, in vision clear,
We judge intentions, far and near.
All people now, through eyes refined,
By their true hearts, we are aligned.
